Our Story

Preserving Iconic Moments in History Since 1813

The Battle of Leipzig, (Battle of the Nations) was fought in October 1813, at Leipzig, Saxony, Germany. The coalition armies of Russia, Prussia, Austria, and Sweden led by Tsar Alexander I, decisively defeated Napoleon I, Emperor of the French, for the first time in battle. Involving more than 600,000 soldiers and 2,200 artillery pieces, it was the largest battle in Europe’s history prior to World War I. Defeated, Napoleon was compelled to return to France and forced to abdicate.

Shortly following this momentous occasion, a local family with a passion for history, established a trading post near the battle site at Leipzig to collect and trade relics from the war. And, ever since, they have remained committed to acquiring, authenticating, preserving & selling moments in history.
